Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Punyam, we offer exchange only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products such as malas, bracelets, crystals, and spiritual accessories, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal preference, energy expectations, color variation, or change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may raise an exchange request within 48 hours of successful delivery by emailing us at punyamonline@gmail.com.
Exchange can be availed only once per order. Customers must self-ship the parcel within 24–48 hours after exchange approval. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
Unused and unaltered
In original packaging
With all tags/accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once we receive the parcel, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will be rejected and the same item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If the same product is unavailable, Punyam may issue a store credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective item
The wrong product
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos for verification.
Once approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped to you.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used spiritual products
Worn malas or bracelets
Energized/blessed products once opened or used
Customized or personalized orders
Crystals, pyramids, or spiritual accessories damaged due to mishandling
Sale items
Gift cards
Due to hygiene and spiritual handling reasons, products once used cannot be accepted back.
Exchange Conditions

Exchange is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our warehouse.
Any item not received by Punyam will be treated as not returned.
Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases
Punyam reserves the right to reject exchange requests in the following situations:
Request raised after the allowed time period.
Returning products not purchased from Punyam.
Returning products without prior approval.
Products showing signs of usage, scratches, water damage, perfume smell, or mishandling.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items damaged during customer handling after delivery.
The Following Are Not Considered Defects
Slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings.
Natural variations in beads, crystals, Rudraksha, wood texture, or stones.
Minor size variations in handmade products.
Natural marks, lines, textures, or imperfections in spiritual materials.
Personal expectations regarding spiritual or energy-related results.
Dislike of product design, feel, or appearance after purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled, or
A replacement product is unavailable.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
