Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.
Punyam will not be responsible for:
- Failed deliveries
- Delays
- Lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos
- Order number
- Unboxing proof (if available)
We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
Punyam is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over, but we will do our best to help resolve issues.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
